Meet Dr. Asha

Hi, I’m Dr. Asha. I have a Ph.D. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University where I studied organizational change, leadership, and group dynamics. Through my work, I collaborate one-on-one with leaders, provide consultation to groups, and do training for organizations around the world. In addition, I am also the co-founder of Blaxtar Essentials –an e-commerce company that sells products from Ghana, West Africa. I am also the Practice Leader -EMEA for the Center for Executive Performance.
