Meet Dr. Asha Gipson

Hi, I’m Asha. I was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado and raised in San Diego, California. I am based in Halethorpe, Maryland. I specialize in the study of people, organizations, and systems. My research focuses largely on power, culture, and intersectionality at work.

In my spare time, I like painting, traveling, and spending time out in nature with my husband Felix and son Sebastian. I am also the co-founder of Blaxtar Essentials – an e-commerce platform that sells products from Ghana.
